Senior Digital Media Buyer / Head of Media Buying / T-Shaped Performance Marketer
Sales and Marketing · (Remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Media Buyer / Head of Media Buying / T-Shaped Performance Marketer to join our team and help drive the success of our two 7-figure brands in the personal development, wellness, and health supplements niche. Our ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record in handling at least $5,000 USD in daily omnichannel or mostly Meta/FB ad spend.

As our Media Buying Strategist, you will be creating and managing campaigns while driving conversions, preparing strategies, and identifying gaps that can be optimized. You need to move and adapt fast to the pace that’s required and consistently generate new ideas on how we can capture market share.

– You’re a “push button” media buyer without a strong grasp of media buying math/economics, data analysis, and data-driven

Job Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years experience as a Digital media buyer
-More than $1 million USD in lifetime ad spend with a minimum ROAS of 2
-Adept with media buying math/economics, analyzing data, and data-driven media planning
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
-Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with a high level of self-initiative in a KPI-driven role
-Growth mindset and willingness to continuously upskill and stay at the cutting-edge

*This is a fully remote position, but you are expected to be reachable and online from 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri. We are looking for someone to work with us exclusively in this role (no agency model, outsourcing, multiple clients, or significant side projects).

Summary of Responsibilities:

-Brainstorm new and creative advertising angles and marketing strategies
-Plan, monitor, and execute digital marketing campaigns
-Measure and report performance of all paid advertising based on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
-Identify trends and insights, optimize ad expenditure and performance
-Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
-Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize conversion rates
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer
touchpoints

Hiring Process:

The hiring process will consist of an assessment, initial interview, and final interview. In the interviews, you will be asked to provide proof that you are not handling other paid ads accounts.
