Experience & Skills:
– Must-have experience:
– 8+ years in HR & People Management
– Recruitment, human resources, compensation & benefits, employee/staff experience
– Managed PC team in a remote setup
– Experience in the development & execution of complex people strategies addressing issues of attrition, engagement, team satisfaction, performance
– Experience in leading & implementing complex HR/Recruitment projects
– Previous process creation & improvement experience
– Responsibility for department KPIs & deliverables
– Understand the connection between HR/Recruitment & revenue of the company
– Budgets management
– Global HR legalities, learning & development
– Preferably experience in high volume recruitment in outsourcing/offshoring or similar field
Tools:
– Remote setup
– Experience using G-Suite, time-tracking tools, task management or ticketing systems (Trello, Asana, Jira), chats (slack & -equivalents)
– Job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, HCM, or other HR software/apps
– Collaboration tools like Miro or similar ones are a plus
