Roles and Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute a product development strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
– Utilize the current assets to develop products that solve clients’ problems, provide value, and enhance their experience with the company.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, customer support, live event support, UI/UX designers, and tech specialists to ensure seamless and efficient product development.
– Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development decisions and ensure that products are meeting customer needs.
– Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
– Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and define release schedules.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
– Analyze product performance and customer feedback to continually improve products and ensure that they are meeting business objectives.
– Ensure that all products meet legal and regulatory requirements.

The Product Development Manager will be responsible for developing and launching products that solve clients’ problems, provide value, and enhance their experience with the company. By successfully executing these responsibilities, the Product Development Manager will contribute to the company’s overall success by improving client retention rates and increasing revenue. Additionally, the Product Development Manager will manage a team of customer support, live event support, UI/UX designers, and tech specialists to ensure that product development is efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience of min. 5 years as a product development manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, and SaaS processes and best practices.
4. Experience with product design and development, including conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and defining product features.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and continually improve products.
7. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
