Job Description: As a Hiring Manager at QuickTeam, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from creating compelling job posts to onboarding new hires. Your role will involve posting job openings on various Philippine job boards, utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage applicants, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will play a crucial role in shortlisting the best candidates, conducting interviews, and making the final decisions on who to hire.

POSITION: HIRING MANAGER
– This is a Full Time Position
– Salary: $8/Hour

Key Responsibilities:

– Create engaging and accurate job posts for open positions within the company.
– Post job openings on various Philippine job boards to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
– Utilize our ATS to track and manage applicants throughout the recruitment process.
– Shortlist the most suitable candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with company values.
– Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
– Make informed decisions on candidate selection and extend job offers.
– Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
– Stay updated on hiring best practices and continuously improve the recruitment process.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in hiring and recruiting.
– In-depth knowledge of hiring best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong spoken and written English skills.
– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
– Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
– Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
