As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead the strategic alignment of resources, processes, and technologies that drive successful prospect-to-customer conversion. You will support and manage the coordination between sales, marketing, and business development teams in building business for the company by generating qualified meetings for account owners that lead to sales. This will involve developing new initiatives, improving current strategies, coordinating meeting attendance, ensuring thorough follow-ups, and optimizing the entire process. You will also work with both the US and Philippines teams, using your expertise to contribute to overall success.

Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified meetings for the sales executives, including both inbound and outbound initiatives.
? Manage and optimize the process of scheduling and conducting meetings with prospects, ensuring that all necessary parties are involved and that follow-up is thorough and timely.
? Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified meetings and ongoing communication to ensure successful meetings and deals.
? Continuously assess the effectiveness of existing campaigns, analyze data, and recommend new approaches to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
? Optimize the lead qualification process and continuously improve the sales funnel and lead scoring to increase conversion rates and ensure timely follow-up by the necessary team members.
? Create and maintain a high-level organizational structure for the revenue operations function including building revenue generation teams as necessary.
? Create and maintain dashboards and metrics to track performance and progress toward revenue goals.
? Collaborate with and provide support to various teams, including marketing, sales, product, and business development, to achieve revenue growth goals and ensure a positive customer experience at every
touchpoint.
? Oversee and provide guidance to the marketing and business development leads to ensure that their initiatives and strategies align with revenue operations objectives and contribute to overall revenue growth.
? Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team on revenue operations strategies and tactics.
? Create and manage key performance metrics for the revenue operations function, regularly monitoring and reporting on progress toward targets.
? Identify and manage partnerships with external vendors to improve lead generation and qualification.
