Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Search Media Buyer for Google Search to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance lead generation and a proven track record of executing successful paid search campaigns on Google Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality leads and conversions through effective search media buying strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive Google Search campaigns tailored to finance lead generation objectives.
Manage the end-to-end process of paid search campaigns, including planning, implementation, optimization, and analysis.
Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve campaign performance and quality scores.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g. CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in Google Ads policies and features.
Track and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve financial goals.
Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within Google Search advertising.
Work closely with the finance team to understand lead quality and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in search media buying, with a focus on Google Search.
Strong experience in finance lead generation and an understanding of the finance industry’s marketing landscape.
Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics; certification in Google Ads is a plus.
Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns for lead quality and conversion rates.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
