Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Specialist who is passionate about search engine optimization and has a proven track record of planning and executing successful SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of SEO, from technical audits to content strategy, and will play a key role in developing and implementing transformative SEO processes that will shape the future of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to client websites.
Conduct thorough website audits to identify technical SEO issues and provide actionable recommendations.
Perform keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all aspects of content development.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Lead the implementation of on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link building, site structure optimization, and meta tag creation.
Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO requirements are met during website design and development projects.
Develop and maintain SEO documentation and process guidelines.
Build and scale SEO processes that will support the growth of our agency and clients for the future.
Adapt and thrive in a startup environment, contributing to the overall growth and strategy of Searchflare.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong track record of successful SEO campaign implementation.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
