Working Hours:
Total hours per week: 40-50 hours
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents.
Coordinate various projects, ensuring tasks are assigned, progress is monitored, and deadlines are met.
Oversee our online dropshipping store, handling product listings, inventory management, order processing, and addressing customer inquiries.
Build and maintain an automated website/blog, implementing SEO strategies, managing affiliate links, optimizing content, and overseeing email marketing campaigns.
Curate and manage an automated food blog, conducting research, creating engaging content, managing partnerships, driving traffic to the website, and executing social media management.
Operate our Redbubble store, including uploading designs, managing listings, and monitoring sales and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication abilities and attention to detail, ensuring effective collaboration and precise task execution.
Proficiency in WordPress, WooCommerce, and basic SEO techniques.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online store management.
Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
