Position: Headhunter Recruiter
Working Hours: 9 am – 5:00 pm EST (full time)
Salary Range: 800 – 1200 USD per month + 5% commission on each placement

Scope of the Role
As a Headhunter Recruiter, your pivotal role encompasses identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet client’s needs while also playing a crucial sales role in finding new clients. Your journey begins with a deep dive into our existing recruitment and sales processes. You’ll master the use of recruitment platforms and tools, recognizing that there may be a learning curve.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles.
*Utilize recruitment platforms and tools to source and manage candidates.
*Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
*Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
*Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
*Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
*Identify and address any challenges or obstacles in the recruitment process.
*Proactively seek out new clients and business opportunities, playing a key role in business development.
*Handle inbound calls from the website, addressing client inquiries and converting leads into clients.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
*Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects as needed to enhance recruitment and sales effectiveness.
*Stay informed and updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales.
Requirements:
*C1 English level, both written and spoken (Must Have)
*Minimum of 1+ year of experience in recruitment or related role (Must Have)
*Experience working with recruitment platforms and tools (Must Have)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
*Organized and detail-oriented
*Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
*Sales experience and ability to convert leads into clients (Must Have)
*Enthusiasm, passion, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email
*Flexibility in work schedule and the ability to work independently
*Ability to thrive in a startup environment and take initiative as hire number one
