Job Description

The Care Girl Agency is a home care and healthcare media agency

This role will be a combination and will require someone with a self-starter and great background in healthcare marketing, branding and recruiting.

Scheduling

1. Create, input and maintain staff schedules in AxisCare.
2. Ensure that the numbers and qualifications of personnel available to provide services are sufficient to meet the needs of the clients
3. Triage incoming calls from caregivers/clients for scheduling changes or services needed
4. Schedule client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability
5. Contact care providers and clients regarding day-to-day changes
6. Discern client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans
7. Enters staff and client information into database
8. Maintain staff and client database (e.g. CQA, dates and reminders of TB, client admission, supervisory visits, client hospital admission and discharge).

Recruitment

Create job post inside job boards
Email candidate and schedule interviews
Collect proper documents upon hiring process
suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Managing internship programs.
Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Digital Marketing

Build a social media strategy through the audience identification, competitive research, benchmarking and messaging including platform strategy
Setup, Review, and Optimize company pages on social media platforms
Establish metrics and goals on customer engagement and intimacy on social media to boost website traffic and gain revenue
Engage with the customer on behalf of the brand and perform soft-sell while managing and improving brand reputation
Ability to edit videos with captions for social media and YouTube using AI or self-taught skills
ads/ Facebook ad knowlege a plus.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements

1. Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail
possess the ability to communicate effectively and interact with clients, client representatives, family members, coworkers, and administrative staff
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Excellent organizational abilities
5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to ensure all client and employee needs are met in a timely manner
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows based programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet based applications, etc.
7. Able to work independently, demonstrating common sense and sound judgment, personable
8. Good English/Bilingual a plus
