Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our Primary Care Practice. The
Practice Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic, delivering high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive work environment for staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration.

Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the primary care practice, including staffing, scheduling, and facility management.

Staff Supervision:
Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to practice protocols.

Patient Experience:
Ensure a positive patient experience by managing front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and patient communication.

Financial Oversight:
Monitor practice finances, including billing, coding, and revenue cycle management, to ensure profitability and
compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to uphold high standards of patient care and compliance with
industry regulations.

Technology Integration:
Oversee the implementation and utilization of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare
technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate interdisciplinary communication and
coordination of care.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and CMS requirements.

Performance Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance practice efficiency, productivity, and patient
satisfaction.

Community Engagement:
Represent the practice in the local community and foster positive relationships with patients, community organizations,
and healthcare partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing graduate with an active nursing license in the Philippines.
Previous experience in healthcare management or administration, with specific experience in primary care settings
preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in healthcare billing and coding practices.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
