Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is critical to our mission, as it involves the initial steps of the recruitment process: sourcing potential candidates and clients, enriching data by verifying contact information, and conducting initial outreach. The ideal candidate will be our front-line communicator, setting the stage for meaningful conversations between our firm and prospective clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Use various platforms and tools to find ideal candidates and clients within the healthcare informatics sector.
Data Enrichment: Accurately find and verify contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) for potential clients and candidates.
Outreach: Conduct initial communication through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, text messaging, and phone calls to gauge interest and coordinate interviews or meetings.
Scheduling: Arrange interviews and meetings by coordinating schedules and adding appointments to calendars.
Exclusivity: This role requires full-time commitment (40 hours per week) without moonlighting, as your focus will be solely on supporting our firm’s recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role within the healthcare sector is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean, and other sourcing tools.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
