Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized intern to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This individual will assist with various tasks related to documentation, research, coordination, and scheduling in support of our health IT research projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of research documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
• Support the research team in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data.
• Coordinate communication between project team members, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Help organize and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
• Contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.
• Perform literature reviews and assist in drafting manuscripts and grant proposals.
• Maintain confidentiality of all research information unless otherwise specified.
• Utilize AI tools for prompt generation and other tasks to streamline research processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a closely related field. Candidates with equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Strong interest in health IT and research methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a research setting is a plus but not required.
• Skills in AI prompt generation and familiarity with AI tools are much preferred.
