Opkit is a healthcare software startup. We have a software platform that allows customers to define and execute outbound phone call “tasks”. These tasks are executed by a combination of AI and human call center representatives. We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented call center representatives to join our team!
Your responsibilities:
* Monitor the Opkit internal task queue for incomplete phone call “tasks”
* Execute phone call tasks using Opkit internal tools and call center software
* Initiate outbound phone calls
* Conduct calls according to the instructions provided
* Collect relevant information during calls
* Troubleshoot problems that come up during calls
* Re-try calls when they are not performed to the customer’s satisfaction
* Write summaries of completed tasks
* Perform quality assurance on completed tasks
* Prepare daily progress reports for Opkit team
* Respond to Slack messages in a timely manner
* Collaborate with Opkit team members to fulfill client requests and improve Opkit operations, tools, processes, technology, etc.
What we are looking for:
* 2+ years of experience working in the US healthcare industry
* 2+ years of experience working in a call center or as a virtual assistant
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent digital skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Location: Remote
Wage: $6 per Hour / 337.75 PHP per Hour
Hours: 9am – 5pm EST, Monday – Friday
Time-off: US Holidays & PHP Holidays

* This role requires you to supply/use your own computer
* You must have a quiet, distraction-free work space
* You must occasionally take video calls with other members of our team
* You will be expected to track and enter your own hours
* Your salary will be paid every two weeks on Friday via international wire transfer
