Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Insurance Research Specialist to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in researching and compiling requirements for various US healthcare insurance companies, filling in a standardized template with their findings. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of English proficiency, exceptional research skills, and the ability to creatively source information from a variety of channels.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive research on requirements for various US healthcare insurance companies, including but not limited to coverage options, claim processes, eligibility criteria, and policy benefits.
– Utilize a standardized template to accurately document and organize information gathered during the research process.
– Employ creative research strategies to uncover hard-to-find information, leveraging both online and offline sources.
– Actively communicate with employees from insurance companies and our organization to clarify ambiguities and gather additional insights.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and changes in healthcare insurance policies.
– Ensure the accuracy and reliability of information collected by cross-verifying data from multiple sources.
– Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of research methodologies.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in research or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
– High degree of English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets,etc.) and comfortable learning new software and research tools.
– Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.
