The HEALTHCARE Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent into the business. The Recruiter will work directly with the Branch Manager and Staffing Coordinator to drive recruitment within the office for the region. The Recruiter will be self-motivated, enjoy talking to people and possess drive and confidence. The Recruiter will assist other branch staff during hiring spikes when they have the capacity.
Responsibilities:
· Provide full cycle recruiting for positions in nursing, allied health, and managerial positions
· Develop and implement strategic marketing efforts designed to attract passive and active candidates
· Research, identify and attract active and passive qualified candidates through the use of innovative search methods that include cold calling, networking, deep internet sourcing and mining
· Ensure “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process by ensuring all hiring policies and procedures (i.e. compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to
· Develop long term networking relationships with key resources in order to broaden pool of potential applicant.
· Brand, proactively recruit and build pipelines
· Provide regular updates of advertising needs and determining, prioritizing and panning advertising costs to ensure cost control
· All other duties as assigned
