Responsibilities:
– Identify and recruit qualified nursing and allied health professionals for travel assignments in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities nationwide.
– Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of candidates.
– Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for specific travel assignments.
– Coordinate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match them with the right candidates.
– Negotiate contract terms, compensation packages, and assignment details with candidates.
– Provide ongoing support and communication to healthcare professionals on assignment, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any issues that arise.
– Stay informed of industry trends, licensing requirements, and compliance standards related to travel nursing and allied health professions.
– Work closely with the team to develop and refine recruitment strategies, aiming to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a preference for experience in travel nursing and allied health staffing.
– Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the specific needs related to travel positions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and healthcare institutions.
– Must possess strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills in English, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
– Good understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including regulatory and compliance requirements, to effectively match candidates with the right opportunities.
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and assignments.

– Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM tools.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
– Availability to work according to U.S. business hours and manage communications across different time zones.
