As a Mid-Level Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiter at our startup staffing agency, you will be a key contributor to our dynamic team, driving the recruitment process for healthcare professionals. This role demands a hands-on approach, creativity, and adaptability as you work to establish our agency as a go-to resource for top-tier healthcare talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from building candidate pipelines to client engagement and successful placements, with the added opportunity to earn competitive commissions based on successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Employ innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage healthcare professionals, utilizing job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Build and nurture a network of qualified candidates, creating a talent pool aligned with the agency’s growth objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates through effective communication and personalized interactions.
Screening and Assessment:
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for healthcare positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
Client Collaboration and Needs Assessment:
Collaborate closely with startup clients to understand their staffing requirements, organizational culture, and growth goals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to align recruitment efforts with client expectations and unique demands of the startup environment.
Provide strategic insights to clients on market trends and talent availability.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
Facilitate offer negotiations and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Brand Building and Marketing:
Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the agency’s brand in the healthcare staffing market.
Represent the agency at industry events, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Leverage social media and other platforms to promote job opportunities and engage with the healthcare community.
Metrics Tracking and Continuous Improvement:
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment.
Utilize recruitment analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust tactics accordingly.
Qualifications:
Must speak English as a second language
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or the equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably in a startup or agency setting.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
Base salary plus competitive commission structure based on successful placements.
