Position: – Healthcare Recruiter:

As a Healthcare Recruiter at CareFix Staffing, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting top-notch healthcare professionals with facilities in need. Your dedication will shape our success and contribute to the well-being of patients and caregivers.

Initial Phase:

In the first three months, you’ll be dedicated to recruiting healthcare facilities (target 3), particularly nursing homes. Your efforts will establish strong partnerships and set the foundation for impactful relationships.

Wage/Salary Information:

Earnings potential is up to you.

• Initial Phase (First 3 Months): Weekly Pay of 5,000 + Commission
• Second Phase (After 3 Months) – Monthly Pay of 40,000 + Uncapped Weekly Commission
• Quarterly Bonuses, Monthly Contests, and Rewards for outstanding performance

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop effective recruitment strategies to recruit Healthcare Facilities, attract, screen, & hire qualified healthcare professionals.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates.
• Manage caregivers while on assignment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with active clients, patients, and referral sources.
• Build & cultivate relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, & business development leads.
• Make outbound calls or meet metric standards for successful outreach.

Requirements:
• College degree is great, but not required if you feel you have the skills.
• I have a desire to contribute to the company growth and personal development.

• I have a background in sales, marketing, recruiting, account and social media management, or related fields.
