Join Our Team as a Virtual Assistant and Make a Difference in Healthcare Recruitment!

Are you passionate about healthcare and possess exceptional organizational skills? We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our dedicated team. This remote role offers the opportunity to support our team with resourcing and marketing/content creation tasks.

We seek a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently. The ideal candidate will excel at sourcing top talent and creating engaging content, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking to enhance our recruitment and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted searches to identify qualified healthcare professionals on job boards and professional networking sites.
Shortlist top candidates for positions in Australia and New Zealand.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
Stay updated on healthcare industry news.
Advertise job roles using Jobadder and various social media platforms.
Write and schedule tweets and LinkedIn updates.
Create branded social media content using Canva.
Engage with social networking on Twitter by starting conversations, replying to mentions, and thanking followers and retweeters.
Manage Twitter followers, including following relevant profiles and unfollowing non-reciprocal accounts.

Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proven experience in resourcing candidates (essential).
High level of written and verbal English proficiency.
Proficient in using Internet research tools and applicant tracking systems (preferred).
Familiarity with the nursing profession (a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Experience using Jobadder Recruitment platform (essential).
Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google, and job boards for candidate sourcing.
Experience with Canva.
Strong multitasking abilities.
