OBJECTIVE: MDA Premier Staffing is a full-service healthcare Staffing Agency with a unique approach. MDA Premier Staffing specializes specifically in the healthcare sector. We specialize in quick and reliable on-demand and highly skilled employees (Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Aids) to deliver healthcare services to medical facilities. We are helping local medical facilities and big-name healthcare companies with staffing shortages.
We are looking for a contract Closer, someone who is knowledgeable in the field of sales and contracts to engage with new clientele of medical facilities for contracts.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Sales Consultant of MDA Premier, you will put your knowledge and experience to the test as you call/email various medical facilities to offer/propose MDA Premier Staffing services.
ROLE: This role offers a unique work environment with great opportunities for growth. Every day on the job will bring new exciting challenges as you contact and engage with various medical facilities by calling and speaking with the “gatekeeper” (Receptionist, Front desk) to talk with the decision maker (Administrator, Director of Nursing, Business Manager, etc.) to present services for healthcare staffing, and build relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:
People Skills: enjoys interacting and engaging with people in order to help us build business relationships and customers for life
Communication Skills: has the ability to efficiently communicate MDA Premier healthcare staffing services and offerings during at-facility or phone conversations
Listening Skills: must be humble and willing to listen to people in order to learn their needs and find appropriate sales rebuttals for negotiations
Functioning Phone/Headset
Functioning Laptop or Desktop Computer with Internet
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Commerce or a related field (Preferred)
Basic Mathematical Skills.
