Qualifications:
3+ years experience in the customer service industry
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Can speak clear English
What you will do:
Handle support tickets from customers
Manage and handle customer questions, interactions, and challenges
Provide empathic and logical communication to customers
Help develop “how-to” articles based upon customer inquiries
Assists department personnel in organizational, technical, or administrative tasks
Owns and manages assigned projects
Contributes to a culture of fast-paced, dynamic, and mission-driven problem solving for the purposes of serving our patients
What we’re looking for:
Can handle complex customer interactions and problem-solve through inquiries
Maintain positive relationships with customers
Growth mindset – loves tackling new problems, finding new ways to solve things, and applying your knowledge to new areas
3+ years experience in the customer service industry
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross functional team
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary research team
Excellent written and verbal abilities
Passionate about RxMapper’s mission of solving the lack of precision in prescribing of medications
