Qualifications:

> At least 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably in a healthcare setting (eg. Physiotherapy, , Osteopathy, Chiropractic’s, Naturopathy, etc.)
> Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
> Handle all interactions with internal and external clients with professionalism
> Have excellent strong phone handling skills
> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
> Proficiency in email management and communication
> Knowledgeable with MS Excel, Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.)
> Familiarity with record-keeping and reporting
> Ability to work independently and remotely
> Excellent time management and prioritization skills
> Able to finish tasks on time and follow deadlines promptly
> Experienced in healthcare software tools such as EMR/EHR, WEBPT, JANE APP, etc.
> Experienced in handling insurance verification, billing, etc.
> Experienced with lead generation
> Knowledgeable with social media management
> Knowledgeable in any CRM tools

Duties and Responsibilities:

> Inbound and Outbound calls
> Handle calls and schedule/reschedule patients
> Manage scheduling texts using Spruceapp
> Coordinate Gmail, Instagram, and Facebook inboxes
> Upload digital faxes to patient files using JaneApp
> Post daily on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Google), monthly on website
> Edit and post provided video/picture content
> Accounts receivables: handle texts, emails, and minimal calls
> Monthly: call, email, and text reactivation list, send birthday texts
> Email patients YouTube exercise link
> Verify new patients the day before via text/email/call
> Send reminders for missed appointments/no rescheduled visits
> Verify insurance (UHC, Quartz, Alliance, Medicare Advantage) – we will show how to use the insurance portal
> Manage SEMRush SEO and add monthly blog to website
