Qualifications:

At least 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant preferably in a healthcare setting (eg. Physiotherapy, Dental clinics, Osteopathy, Chiropractic’s, Naturopathy, etc.)
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Handle all interactions with internal and external clients with professionalism
Have excellent strong phone handling skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in email management and communication
Knowledgeable with MS Excel, Google Workspace (Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc.)
Familiarity with record-keeping and reporting
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Able to finish tasks on time and follow deadlines promptly
Has good memory
Lead things to completion, good at crossing out – to-do’s
Experienced in healthcare software tools such as EMR/EHR, WEBPT, JANE APP, etc.
Experienced in handling insurance claims (MVA,WSIB, BlueCross, Sun life, etc.) , billing, etc.
Experienced in Bookkeeping
Experienced with lead generation
Knowledgeable with social media management
Knowledgeable in any CRM tools
Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Entry – Weekly financial scoreboards, end-of-month report, clinicians scoreboard, etc.
Provide sales and marketing support, including research, data entry, and lead generation
Audit and manage digital intake forms and consent documents
Nurturing leads and maintaining client relationship
Promptly respond to inbound patient and lead prospect queries via text and email, demonstrating strong written communication skills.
Insurance Claims (MVA,WSIB, BlueCross, Sun life, etc.)
Payment Recording
Medical Billing
Respond to general email inquiries
Appointment scheduling
Review daily reconciliation reports
Monitor unbilled, unpaid and AR items
Assisting in the recruitment process
