You will be working within our emails, Facebook group & Messenger, internal and external software and attending our weekly team meetings online to see and meet the crew.

This is a FULL-TIME role and requires some key skills…

You Will Have…

At least 4 years working within the online coaching industry or in a client success role
– Exceptional written English and rarely make spelling mistakes…
– Great attention to detail in everything you do…
– Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to work effectively with a remote team.
– Strong Internet and computer literacy
-Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Strive to improve processes and the way we do things as you will be in charge of this area and need to OWN IT…
– Have the confidence to speak up and report back to the team on where our members are at and what needs to happen with them…
– You can use email, Facebook and instant messaging apps along with excel and google sheet and know of or understand how to use HubSpot.
