Help Me Build and Rank One-Page WordPress Sites

I’m looking for someone that I can develop a long-term relationship with who is experienced in WordPress and local SEO, who can set up one page WordPress sites (or more pages if needed) using the Astra theme and Elementor. WordPress will already be installed for you on the server.

You’ll need to have a strong understanding of WordPress, landing page design and conversion strategies, as well as on-page and off-page seo (including link building) for local search engine optimization. You’ll be helping me to find niches in local U.S. cities where ranking at the top of Google is attainable. Most of these sites will be related to home services.

I like to think that I’m easy to work with and I want this to be a fun, exciting and profitable long-term experience for both of us.

WEBSITE:
– Install/configure Astra theme
– Install/configure Elementor pro plugin
– Customize colors and images for each site
– Structure page and content for high conversion and SEO
– Use ChatGPT to create and add optimized content
– Create one contact form
– Add phone number (to be provided)
– Install Google Analytics code
– Use GTMetrix to test for speed and make improvements as needed
– Optimize page for desktop, tablet and mobile devices
– Install any additional necessary plugins

SEO
– Help me find profitable niches within cities using keyword research and other reporting tools

– Be familiar with Google Search Console and Google Analytics and help me identify improvements that we need to make to rank higher and get better conversion rates

– Educate and guide me using data from professional seo reporting tools on local niche opportunities. I’m open to whatever reporting tools you like to use (SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, SEOPowersuite, ETC.)

– Identify valuable link opportunities and help put together a schedule to obtain new links to increase seo

– Help create a content strategy and calendar to create and post new content as needed to boost google/search engine rankings.

– Create and optimize Google business listings using local SEO tools

OTHER:
– Identify and educate me on any additional ways to increase traffic.
