Help! Video Editor for Our Real Estate Brokerage Needed!

We want a video editor. I make educational videos for our real estate brokerage. As indicated, the videos provide tons of information about the various cities, and properties in our market. The videos are either talking head (shot in the office) or vlog style, and last between 12-30 minutes on average. We publish 12 long form videos per month.

We want a video editor to take our footage and make it professional and entertaining. At a minimum we expect the following:
All filler words and phrases (ahhs, umms, etc.) removed
Content is edited in a fashion that provides the information as succinctly as possible
Frame changes every 20-30 secs
B-roll added
Audio and video b-roll added that will not be flagged for copyright issues

Here’s the good news about our videos and our Editor’s time requirements… All of our videos are shot a month in advance, so there should be very very very few occasions, if any, where you’d be asked to do last minute editing (that’s right you get to have a life too ????)

We’re certain that you are an amazing professional, and you take your career seriously but let’s face it, not all of your counterparts do the same, so the successful candidate(s) will be paid per approved video, not by the hour. With this in mind, please include your per video fee in the subject line of your response, if you choose to apply. From there we can grow to a more consistent part-time or even full-time position (although it’s been my experience that freelancers often like to be just that… ‘free’ to work with whomever they choose to work with.)
