We’re a close-knit team of 20+ at KC Power Clean, and we’re on the hunt for a full-time, high-caliber Virtual Assistant (VA) with sales experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on reaching out to clients, making a close, and is familiar with sales or has previously supported a sales team.
Your Role includes (but is not limited to):
– Handle all inbound calls and emails
– Make outbound calls to potential clients
– Collect basic information and transfer it to our sales team/project managers
– Make quote follow-ups and perform random tasks on Jobber (CRM)
What We’re Looking For:
– A fast learner who’s quick to take action and with great attention to detail
– Previous sales experience
– Familiarity with CRM is an advantage
– Clear and effective communication skills
– A voice that can attract customers (think DJ voice!)
– Ability to record accurate information while listening to the customer and asking probing questions
– A completed Hirebus survey
