We are a rapidly growing USA based eCommerce company. Niches we serve:

We currently have a team of 12+ full-time employees (many of which are remote) and paid bi-monthly. Many of our employees have worked with us for 3+ years.
Our design process is different than other companies because we will run a lot of product polling/surveys to compare your designs vs our competitors. If your designs do better, we will actually produce the item and move forward.
If it doesn’t we ask you to review the polling feedback to redesign the images till it wins. We’re more data-focused with our product packaging and hero images. Ideally, we are looking for someone that knows how to create high CTR hero images.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a well spoken, become our in-house graphic designer to help us create the following things
– Product Packaging
– Amazon Product Images
– Marketing Inserts
As of late, we been focusing on making products in the beauty space. Experience in this area would be ideal.
Our team will create an image, packaging, or detailed brief of what we are looking for. It’s up to you to help interpret our design or ask the right questions to understand the ideal final result
This role will report directly to the leaders of the product department and will require someone with an incredibly strong sense of accountability, and initiative, and is a social person

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Grasp of the English language in order to interpret the best way to portray images
– Ability to think on your own to suggest based off customer reviews, research, or experience to be able to best highlight the benefits of the product through your graphics. Each product needs about 7 images such as why our product is better, highlighting a design feature, comparing two products side by side, superimposing the image for lifestyle images
– 3D product renderings experience would be a bonus.
-Retouching photos to have white backgrounds, improve the lighting, add text
– Understanding the difference when creating images and products to WIN CLICKS as we are an e-commerce focused shop vs retail.
– At the time we believe you’ll get at least 10 hours a work from us

What will happen when you start?

– You will be assigned to a product where you will either create the packaging, images, or both
– You’ll design it and we’ll go through 1 to 2 feedback rounds where we poll your products to see if it does better than the competition.

* Schedule is 40 hours a week. We are a remote team so we ask that you overlap with the team from 11am to 5pm CST during your first month for training. You can hit the 40 hours however you want. Weekends, 10 hours shifts
* Bi Monthly Payment on the 15 and 30th
