Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic Graphic Designer who specializes in creating high-impact visuals for the affiliate marketing space.

The ideal candidate will have a knack for producing attention-grabbing, quirky, strange and even unconventional visuals that drive high click-through rates (CTR).

This role involves editing photos, creating banners, and crafting a variety of visual content that stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce a wide range of visual content, including but not limited to banners, social media graphics, and landing page elements.

Edit and enhance photos to ensure they meet campaign requirements and resonate with the target audience.

Develop unique and unconventional designs that capture attention and drive engagement, understanding that in the affiliate marketing space, sometimes “ugly” sells.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual assets.

Optimize graphics for different platforms and formats, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective across devices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in the affiliate marketing industry.

Test and iterate on designs based on performance metrics to continuously improve CTR and conversion rates.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the affiliate marketing or digital marketing space.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including examples of unconventional and attention-grabbing designs.

Understanding of design principles and best practices for digital marketing.

Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of web design and HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
