Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opening for a skilled High-End Retoucher. This role is pivotal in bringing our Afro-futuristic vision to life, ensuring each image we produce resonates with our ethos and aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
Mastering skin retouching to retain natural beauty while aligning with our brand’s unique style.
Advanced composite retouching skills, including background removal and creation of realistic composites.
Proficient use of the pen tool for detailed image editing.
Applying generative AI techniques in Photoshop to enhance visual narratives (highly advantageous).
Adhering to and embodying our distinct style, with opportunities for professional growth and training.
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in high-end retouching, specifically within the fashion and beauty industry.
Proficiency in using Frequency Separation techniques in Photoshop, creating smooth skin tones while preserving realistic skin textures.
Expertise in advanced retouching methods, including dodge and burn techniques.
A strong portfolio showcasing skills in skin, composite, and overall image retouching.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
A meticulous eye for detail and a robust creative flair.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
A proactive learner, eager to grow and adapt in a dynamic and artistic environment.
