This role involves producing high-quality long and short-form videos tailored for our YouTube channel, social media platforms, and website. Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce engaging long-form videos (webinars, interviews, and tutorials) and short-form videos (social media clips, promotional content, and ads).
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure the final product aligns with our brand.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video quality and viewer engagement.
Ensure all videos are polished, professionally edited, and meet the highest quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve video production quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing both long and short-form video content.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
Excellent understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and sound design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with creating content for the legal industry or a professional services firm.
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
