Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced cold caller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales through phone-based interactions, ranging from appointment setting to product demonstrations and partner/employee training. This multifaceted role may also involve basic administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Perform product demonstrations and articulate value propositions effectively.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently.
Assist in training partners and employees on product features and sales techniques.
Handle basic administrative tasks as needed to support the sales process.

Requirements:

Native proficiency in English, with excellent verbal communication skills and preferably no discernible accent.
Proven experience in cold calling and phone sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
High energy and a “kill them with kindness” approach to customer interactions.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Resourcefulness and adaptability, with the capacity to problem-solve and think on your feet.
