Position Summary:
As the Executive Assistant to our high-flying CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the executive level. This position requires an experienced professional adept at handling various administrative and executive support tasks, managing complex calendars, and prioritising time-sensitive matters.

Responsibilities:
???? Calendar Management: Proactively coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, ensuring optimal use of time, setting priorities, and avoiding conflicts.
???? Travel Arrangements: Plan and organise all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, while considering time zones and potential adjustments.
???? Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
???? Meeting Coordination: Organise and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
???? Document Preparation: Assist in the creation, editing, and proofreading of various documents, presentations, and reports.
???? Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality.
Project Support: Provide project management support to the CEO, including tracking progress, managing deadlines, and liaising with relevant teams.
???? Special Projects: Take the lead on specific initiatives the CEO assigns, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
Qualifications:
???? Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level executives.

???? Proficient in office software (MS Office, G Suite).
???? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
???? Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
???? Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

???? Bachelor’s degree preferred.
