Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Organization:
* Assist the client in managing day-to-day responsibilities efficiently.
* Enhance client productivity and capacity. (Boosting productivity like a pro! ????)
* Maintain organization of client’s calendar, meetings, and files.
* Promptly remind and challenge the client to stay on schedule with meetings.
* Follow up with the client to ensure the completion of tasks and projects as committed.
Project Management:
* Manage projects, delegate tasks to team members, and ensure accountability.
* Create separate projects for each investment opportunity.
* Control access to projects, granting permissions appropriately.
* Anticipate and proactively address client needs. (Mind-reading abilities are a plus! ????)
Calendar Management:
* Efficiently organize client’s calendar, team meetings, and client meetings.
* Keep the client punctual and prepared for all engagements.
* Record meeting minutes and maintain meeting agendas.
* Keep internal team members on track with their tasks to ensure project progress. (Keeping the squad in sync!)
* Follow up internally and externally to drive project completion and maintain client relations.
Email Management:
* Efficiently organize and prioritize emails based on urgency and importance.
* Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the client as necessary.
File Organization:
* Reorganize folders across various ventures and rectify financial discrepancies.
* Clean up, consolidate, and organize files for easy access.
* Manage meeting recordings and file them systematically.
Administrative Tasks:
* Develop and maintain SOPs and follow-up protocols for streamlined operations.
* Assist in writing business plans as needed.
* Transform mundane tasks into gold, supporting the business’s growth with your magical touch. ????

Compensation: $12k-19.2k/yr
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
* Prior Project Management and SOP creation experience
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, travel schedules, and unexpected challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities, anticipating potential issues and providing effective solutions.
* Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements, scheduling, and documentation.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and act autonomously when required
