Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly organized and resourceful High-Level Executive Assistant/Social Media Manager to support our CEO in executing the company’s vision. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s daily tasks, coordinate with internal and external leaders, and ensure the seamless execution of responsibilities. In addition to administrative tasks, this role will involve overseeing social media management, content creation, and follow-up sales initiatives. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s schedule, arranging travel, and coordinating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an extension of the CEO
• Stay on top of tasks and coordinate between parties and team members
• Daily management and processing of the CEO’s emails
• Daily management and organization of the CEO’s calendar
• Prepare CEO for meetings, appointments, and events
• Arrange and book travel, transportation, and accommodations
• Plan and coordinate quarterly team retreats
• Attend meetings, take notes, and coordinate tasks afterward
• Seek and arrange speaking opportunities for the CEO
• Ensure the CEO fulfills commitments and meets deadlines
• Free up the CEO’s time by completing assigned tasks (business and personal)
• Coordinate and communicate with other leaders (vendors) within and outside the company
• Create and curate engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize content and strategy.
• Ensure that all social media content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional online image.
• Do Sales follow-up calls, emails, or texts.
• Handle other administrative and personal duties as assigned (Ad hoc tasks)

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Comfortable working in an English-dominant environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to learn, open-minded, and a “can and will do” attitude
• Great communication skills – verbal and written
• Demonstrable experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics tools.
• Motivated and a quick learner
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Having a No-nonsense approach
• Straightforward communication style
• Problem-solving mindset
• Undergo 3 days of paid training. If there’s an urgency for the role, then the new hire must render an hour of paid OT before or after the shift for 3 weeks.
• Amenable to work Monday through Friday between 1 AM – 5 PM Philippine Time(PHT).

• A knack for computer technology/programming
• Experience in English business email writing
• Experience in digital marketing
