Do you have experience with High Level software / CRM- listen up

My name is Paul and I am a Highly focused yet slightly ADHD entrepreneur.

I am very good at webinars, high ticket sales and copywriting BUT I get bored by techy stuff, automations, funnels etc.

Over the last 5 years I have gotten really good at selling out wildlife group tours and retreats with my front end marketing and sales.

And I am sitting on a virtual armoury of winning webinars and email campaigns.

I am currently in the process of migrating my CRM system from trello into High Level and need some help in building a “High Level delivery beast” marketing, sales and CRM system.

Here is the next project for which I need help;

Campaign Objective – front end
Together with me – to build a high converting funnel with automated email sequences for our next Morocco Wildlife Group Tour (also good if we can connect text marketing to campaign)
Funnel & email campaign already pre done 80 – 90% complete – need your help to ensure it all works as planned in order to maximise sales conversions. All advice & suggestions welcomed.

Campaign Objective – phase 2 – selling and onboarding
I can easily create a “welcome to the trip” email and onboarding sequence.
Need your help to ensure funnel & automations and AI follow up works and that clients get all the reminders needed for their trip (email and text reminders) – so need help with removing people from front end sequence once they have purchased, tagging them and automate putting them into onboard campaign. In addition, help set up alternate nurture campaigns / cart abandon sequences for those who didn’t buy.
*I can create all copy, headlines, content, CTA’s etc

Campaign Objective – phase 3 – Customer Service – Automated AI responses – bringing it all together – so that High Level is fully functioning CRM system that removes most of “heavy lifting” / operations & customer service.
Also, analyse data from the selling part of the campaign, with a view to identifying opportunities/upsells (for example if 10 people wanted to go on the trip but couldn’t travel on original dates – we could put them in a new campaign.
