THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE

We need a highly experienced high level Project Manger to help with various project management tasks related to our company.

We are an Internet marketing company that participates in selling various digital products online and in affiliate marketing.

It is vital that you have an excellent level of English language as you will be dealing directly with the owner of the company.

We are looking for a high level manager who can join our team and bring some order to the various projects we have running at the same time and to liaise with other team members to ensure that the necessary work is being done.

You must be highly organised and have experience of running projects before.

Although we are looking for a highly experienced project manager, it is not important if you have never done it for an Internet marketing company before as we will onboard you and train you to how we work.
The most important thing is that you are efficient at project management.

We expect you to bring systems and processes on board and to set up efficient lines of communication between team members.

We are currently using ClickUp so you must be very efficient with it.

In addition you will ensure that all projects are being ran smoothly and deadlines are met.

We currently have a small full time team of 4 working on various tasks and also utilise freelancers too for various other tasks.

We are looking for exclusivity and someone who is available to only work for our company and not freelancing part time with others. if you have too much work on at the moment then please do not bid if you don’t have the time to do this job.

Also please do not bid if you have never done any project management work before as we only want experienced people..

So you should have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn new skills and be efficient with Microsoft Office/Google Docs.

We also require weekly team zoom calls

As mentioned before if you are good at your job we want to make a long time partnership of this.

The starting salary is also up for immediate review if you prove yourself to our company.

Your roles will comprise of the following:

– Manage multiple Projects
– Ensure all tasks are being done
– Manage the team members for the relevant tasks
– Liaise with the CEO
– Provide reports to the CEO
– Weekly Team meetings via zoom
– Regular contact with the CEO
– Find solutions to ensure future projects are done
– Ensure all deadlines are adhered too.
– Hire and fire team members
– Source freelancers to help get projects completed.
– Other tasks too.

You must be professional and highly efficient at your job.

This is not a role for a VA or someone who has never done project management before and wants to learn on the job and we will not consider these applicants.

We are not as hard as we seem in the job description, we have just had our time wasted many times previously and want the correct person for the job this time.
