Stephen & Chelsey Diaz are seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to help The Rainmaker Family sales team be the best that it can be.
As a part of The Rainmaker Family team, we’re always looking to steward and multiply what we do, looking for ways to love and serve families who are ready for financial breakthroughs.
Sales Coordinators are responsible for generating business revenue by increasing the overall efficiency of the sales department.
Our perfect Sales coordinator team Member loves to serve others and is obsessed with accuracy and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* SALES CALL CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
– Manage, track, and optimize calendar availability for all sales reps
> Track calendar availability (openings) for sales rep
– Approve & grade lead applications
> Cancel & delegate unqualified applications
– Share daily calendar reports in Slack
> Communicating calendar KPIs to marketing/setters daily
– Verify incoming appointments have proper attribution
> Lead source & status
– If leads are double booked, & both leads show up to call, urgently assign the lead to a new sales rep
* CRM MANAGEMENT
– Point of contact (expert) for everything related to our CRM –
– Confirm all leads/opt-ins are contacted by sales reps
– Confirm sales reps are following the outbound process
– Reassign leads to different sales reps
– Update lead status
– Point of contact between sales reps and support when they have issues
– Confirm sales reps updating their leads/deals in the CRM
* SALES REPORTING
– Responsible for managing and updating all company tracking sheets
> Sales/KPI Tracker
> Closer Tracker Sheets
> Setter Tracking Sheets
– Verify company tracking sheets against data from CRM and analytics software
– Share daily sales KPIs in Slack
– Confirm sales reps are updating their activity and projection sheets
* PAID ADS REPORTING
– Responsible for managing and updating all company tracking sheets
> Sales/KPI Tracker
– Share daily sales KPIs in Slack
– Verify company tracking sheets against data from multiple sources
* GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
– Confirm sales reps are submitting their end-of-day (EOD) reports.
– Point of contact between sales reps and commission/accounting team
– Manage and track sales rep time off
– Confirm new students are successfully connected with their coach
– Document all workflows and create screen record standard operating procedures (SOP) of tasks
– Create an SOP & task library for all tasks done in this role (Library will be built in )
RESULTS
– Generate business revenue by optimizing the sales team’s calendar/call availability
– Generate business revenue and increase value per lead by managing the CRM
– Generate business revenue by tracking sales KPIs so we can identify areas for growth, improvement, and optimization
– Generate business revenue by tracking paid ads KPIs so we can identify areas for growth, improvement, and optimization
– Generate business revenue by removing administrative obstacles for sales reps so they can spend more time selling
– Generate business revenue by increasing the efficiency of the sales department

REQUIREMENTS

– Data management is a HUGE part of this role. You must be obsessed with verifying the data is accurate. Mistakes in the data will not be tolerated.

– You will primarily be interacting with the sales team. The sales team is a high standard & high-intensity environment. To be a part of the sales team, you must have high standards for yourself and must live up to the sales team’s high standards.
* Accountability:
– Willingness to be held accountable for reaching outcomes/performance KPIs. You understand that you will leave the team if you do not meet performance KPIs.
* Availability
– You must have the ability to work 40 hours per week. You must be able to work 8 am – 5 pm PST Monday – Friday.
* Quick Starter
– Comfortable with minimal training prior. Most of the training will take place “on the job”. Being a “quick start” and a fast learner will set you up for success.

AGREEMENT TERMS
* Time
– 8 am – 5 pm PST Monday – Friday.
– This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
– This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
– You may request time off anytime with advanced notice. (Time off requested through our company system.)
– Regular U.S. & Filipino Holidays are Honored
* Compensation
– This position is salaried
– The pay range is $800 – $1000 USD per month
