Now, we know you want to know the details. We are currently looking for a HIGH LEVEL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH A FINANCE BACKGROUND! Below is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing, the skills we’re looking for, and the exciting benefits that come with this role.

Your responsibilities:
– Manage the CRM (Maid Central) and do accurate data entry.
– Put together and improve various systems.
– Work with software/tools like Zapier, Microsoft Office, Canva, Keap, Google Workspace, and Claude 2 AI.
– Work efficiently with a team, passing on information in an accurate and timely manner.
– Work with the CEO to keep email and systems organized and to run personal online errands as needed.
– Generate reports in an organized and detailed manner.
– Do research as needed.
– Help with finance-related tasks.
Preferred skills to have:
– Must be detail oriented; as an EVA, you will need to monitor CRMs regularly.
– Must be comfortable with QuickBooks; you must be able to create detailed and organized KPI reports and create invoices.
– Must be tech-savvy; we need someone who can figure out software/tools quickly and who can create automations.
– Must have great English writing skills; you will need to draft scripts for marketing materials.
– Must be able to work with Excel sheets and generate reports.
– Must have an interest in numbers and a finance background.
– Must have the right attitude, able to hold people accountable, able to accept and improve based on feedback, able to rise to the challenge of high expectations.
What’s in it for you?
