High Pay Appt Setter Stable Job

Looking for someone to help our fast growing company provide more appointments for our sales team! The role would require calling/ dialing from a crm 8 hours a day and talking to 500+ people per day. You will be talking to people who have previously filled out a form to inquire and learn more about solar. Trainings will be provided weekly and material for appointment setting is all provided. This position requires very good English communication, good internet/wifi, objection handling, and great phone skills. NO PRIOR SOLAR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED OR PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT SETTING EXPERIENCE.

The daily 8 hours required for work will be from 11am-7pm (EST) and this will be Monday- Friday. We are willing to provide an extra 6 hours on Saturday’s (9am-3pm EST) if you are interested on working Saturdays also. This position will include a base + commission structure for compensation. Pay will be every week on Friday. Weekly performance reviews will occur after the first week of onboarding. Potential for future position growth is available if performance has been met within the first 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Pay increases will be available for higher performance. The minimum is 4 appts daily and incentives will be provided weekly for hitting appointment setting targets.
