The ideal candidate should monitor and report on the company’s inventory. The goal is to ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives. Please carefully read the job post.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
> Manage product spreadsheets
> Improve Inventory Tracking methods and processes
> Daily analysis of inventory to prevent future issues
> Track incoming/outgoing shipments
> Reporting on Inventory, Stock, Adjustments
> Problem-solving on Amazon and Shopify inventory issues
> Plan, implement, and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
> Suggest solutions for continuous improvements
> Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
>Update Shopify and Amazon Inventory daily
KEY SKILLS:
– Previous working experience as an inventory manager.
– Shopify and Amazon Inventory experience is a must. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE BOTH IN SHOPIFY AND AMAZON INVENTORY
– In-Depth SHOPIFY INVENTORY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
– Seller Central Experience
– Strong in Data Analysis
– GREAT attention to detail is a MUST
– Excellent time management skills
– Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
– Additional education in logistics or supply management is a plus
– Experience with Google Docs and Excel Sheets
-Have Knowledge of 3PL warehouse management software (We are using ShipHero)
-Advanced in English speaking and writing
-Experience in communication with C-suite executives
Schedule: Monday to Friday at 5:00 PM- 1:00 AM PH TIME (Morning Time in the USA and Night time in the Philippines)
