HIGH PAYING Real Estate Cold Caller POSITION ( BASE SALARY+$2,000 USD BONUS PER CLOSED DEAL) NO LIMIT!

I’m looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate cold caller who is capable of identifying motivated sellers and is okay with working in a FAST-PACED environment. The caller must have the ability to follow all job requirements posted below with no exceptions.

We provide all agents with the following:

1. Leads
2. Auto Dialer Account (XenCall (also known as ReadyMode)
3. Script
3. Basic training/Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS: (These requirements are firm, and if an agent can’t meet them, they will be let go promptly)

1. Speak English CLEARLY
2. Working + Reliable Headset
3. Working + Reliable Computer
4. Working + Reliable WIRED Internet Connection
5. Working + Stable Electricity
6. Will work 40 Hours a week
7. Has prior experience in Real Estate telemarketing
8. Work in a quiet environment with NO background noise
9. Can follow instructions clearly
10. Consistently comes to work ON TIME
11. Will work from 1:00-9:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday with (30 minutes paid lunch break daily)
12. Is able to fully understand and use the script provided
13. NO DISTRACTIONS, you must be fully FOCUSED at all times.
14. Must have a working PayPal account.
15. MUST BE OKAY WITH WORKING IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHERE OUTBOUND CALL VOLUME IS VERY HIGH
16. Wants to SUCCEED and earn a lot of BONUSES!

PAY STRUCTURE:
We offer Base Salary & Bonuses:
Base salary- $4 USD/ per hr (40 Hours/wk)
Bonus – $2,000 USD BONUS per closed transaction with NO LIMIT on bonuses.
Note: We only pay using PayPal

PAY SCHEDULE:
Hourly Pay is sent every Friday via PayPal
Bonus Pay is sent once your deal closes via PayPal

Working Hours:
1:00-9:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday with (30 minutes paid lunch breaks daily)
