Our commission structure offers different tiers based on the percentage of sales closed. You can earn a commission of 3% for certain contracts, 5% for others, and 10% for high-ticket contracts. This incentivizes sales and rewards your efforts accordingly.

Role:

As a High-Performance Enrollment Consultant, you’ll seize the chance to connect with potential clients and equip them with info about our top-notch coaching programs. You’ll be the initial touchpoint for prospects, playing a vital role in transforming leads into sales. This dynamic, commission-only sales position demands exceptional communication skills and a burning desire to empower others to achieve their goals. Job Responsibilities:

Proactively seek new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and offer personalized high-value digital solutions.
Effectively present innovative digital products and services.
Achieve and exceed sales goals by securing contracts and partnerships.
Stay updated on high-performance trends, products, and competition in the digital industry.

Sales Activities:

Funnel warm leads and generate new leads into conversion events.
Lead on social messaging prospects for high-dollar packages.
Build an individual database of leads and execute regular follow-up and nurture, directing leads into conversion events and closed commissioned sales.

Follow set metrics-based tracking systems for all sales and marketing activities and report progress/updates to the marketing manager daily during team standups.
Access FG Funnels daily to reactivate “cold” leads from previous events, summits, and funnel sources.

Results:

Meet lead metrics for conversion events
Achieve individual launch sales conversion goals
Meet weekly social messaging and lead-generation metrics
Meet metrics for scheduled Connect & Consult calls
Complete at least 30 lead contacts per day
Schedule a minimum of 10 consults per week
Generate at least $50,000 in monthly revenue from new High-Performance Success Coaching or Execution Forward contracts.

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

High school diploma or equivalency
Highly analytical and data-driven individual
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Highly organized and able to multitask
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools preferred
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of surpassing targets
Strong time management and project management skills
Proven sales experience of at least 2 years in selling high-value digital products
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
