We are seeking an English-speaking, experienced and results-driven Lead YouTube Automation Specialist to spearhead our new YouTube venture.

This role is critical to the success of our channel, and we are looking for someone with a proven track record in growing and managing successful YouTube channels.

This is *NOT* a position for beginners; we require a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Create Attractive Thumbnails: Design eye-catching thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement.

Identify Profitable Niches: Conduct thorough research to identify and select high-potential niches that can attract and retain viewers.

Be Able To Make Great Titles: Develop titles that are optimized for search and designed to capture the interest of our target audience.

Optimize Video Editing: Ensure videos are edited in a way that maximizes viewer retention and engagement. This includes pacing, visuals, and overall production quality.

Proven Results: Provide evidence of previous successful YouTube channels you have managed or grown. Only candidates with a demonstrable track record will be considered.

Deploy Videos: Manage the entire process of uploading videos to the channel, including optimizing descriptions, tags, and other metadata for maximum reach and engagement.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in YouTube channel management and growth.

Strong graphic design skills, particularly in creating engaging thumbnails.

Excellent understanding of YouTube algorithms and best practices for video SEO.
