The Job:

In this role, you will initially be responsible for handling all customer support tickets independently as we establish our infrastructure and scale our operations. Your duties will include developing systems, processes, and the necessary framework to support our expanding customer service team. As our volume grows, you will transition into a managerial role, overseeing a team of customer service representatives and guiding them towards success.

As part of your responsibilities, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our customer service efforts, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our valued customers.

Working Hours:

You will be expected to work approximately 40/50 hours per week. Details regarding scheduling will be discussed collaboratively as part of the onboarding process.
