High Speed railway Design

Great East Coast Railway Company
Looking for a person with capability in Civil 3D and and Infraworks. You will be skilled in using Civil 3D and the AutoDesk Infrastructure Design Suite and the extraction and use of lidar survey levels (quite simple)

Your role will be to design the dual-track Great East Coast Railway. Running from Raymond Terrace to Byron Bay in NSW Australia, You will be designing approximately 550 km of railway corridor consisting of Bridges and tunnels. The majority of the railway will be elevated on a bridge structure consisting of dual concrete girders and pylons to allow the free flow of wildlife. The Pylons will be supported by concrete piles installed using hydraulic jacks

The tasks will involve
1 Braking the corridor up into sections of 20km.
2 Mapping the area using lidar data from the Evis platform and building the contour plan
3 marking the alignment/center line.
2 Designing the corridor with or template through our chosen corridor

This should be a straightforward process. If you have no experience with Railway design in C3D I will pay and support training.
