Job Position: Experienced Appointment Setting Specialist
Job Overview:
Our appointment setting specialists are responsible for setting appointments for our sales team.
Appointment setters will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to them by phone or through messaging tools on LinkedIn and Instagram, and then scheduling an appointment for one of our sales representatives to jump on a video call with the potential prospect to close the deal. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you!
Below are some of the responsibilities an appointment setter is expected to assume:
Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company
Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue
Field incoming emails, IG and LinkedIn messages and convert 50% or more to appointments
Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
Use to manage various aspects of the job
Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
Complete required KPI sheets at the end of each day
Qualifications:
Experience working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and IG marketing tools
At least 2 years experience in setting high ticked appointments
Exhibit excellent communication skills
Must be able to work independently using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, IG marketing and
Ability to multitask
A positive attitude
A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
Excellent organization skills

Job Types: Part-time during probation then Full-time
Pay: Starting rate $6-$10 depending on experience with possible future bonuses for top performers on the team.
