Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Setter to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of our coaching program. The successful candidate will be responsible for inputting leads into our CRM system, initiating conversations, qualifying potential clients, and ultimately booking appointments on the coach’s calendar.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
-Utilize various channels to identify and source potential leads for the coaching program.
-Input lead information accurately into the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
Outreach and Engagement:
-Initiate and maintain conversations with leads through various communication channels (email, social media, etc.).
-Craft compelling messages to pique interest, showcase the value of our coaching program, and encourage further discussion.
-Must know how to have a casual conversation that is non salesey, focused on building relationships, and discovering more about potential client’s pains and seeing if our solution can resolve.
-Nurture leads who may not have the money or be in the right timing by continued follow up and delivering free value.
Qualification:
-Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with the coaching program’s offerings.
-Gather relevant information to assess the lead’s needs, challenges, and goals.
Appointment Setting:
-Schedule appointments on the coach’s calendar by effectively communicating the benefits of our coaching program.
-Provide necessary information to leads to prepare them for their scheduled appointments.
CRM Management:
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure seamless communication and handover of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a coaching or similar industry.
-Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
