You will work with warm, high-quality leads, and use your skills to turn them from a Discovery Call prospect into a won deal.
The ideal candidate has a passion for sales and a track record of closing high-ticket deals. They are a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients. You are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

***Offer Details
This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours per week in EST Time Zone, with a competitive base salary plus commissions.
***Requirements
• Minimum one year of experience as a high-ticket sales closer over the phone or on video.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and maintaining high integrity in sales.
• Expert in authoritative empathy and objection handling to close deals with high-value clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals over Zoom.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while also being a strong team player.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales pipelines ( CRM is what we use)
• Availability to work Monday-Friday during EST hours (within the range of 9 AM – 9 PM) for a full-time shift.
***Responsibilities
• Contact inbound leads via phone, email, and Zoom to set Discovery Call appointments.
• Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through our CRM system ().
• Work closely with our Online Business Manager to ensure that leads are followed up on and that the sales process is streamlined.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product in order to effectively communicate the value to potential clients.
• Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to generate revenue for the company.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide feedback to our product and marketing teams to help improve our services and products based on client feedback.
• Continuously develop and refine sales techniques and strategies to improve overall performance.
